His experience includes consulting and advising clients on matters related to various tax and accounting issues, financing, accounting systems and retirement plans. Keith is also Yellow Book certified and audits numerous charter schools and nonprofit organizations throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

Kevin S. Drobnes has been a partner of the firm since January 2001 and has spent the majority of his career with SD Associates, P.C., during which time he has provided auditing, accounting, business consulting and tax services to clients involved in real estate, professional services, franchising, entertainment, and various other industries.

Kevin’s experience includes consulting and advising clients on matters related to financing, financial projections, business organization, business dispositions and accounting systems. Kevin specializes in real estate consulting services including, but not limited to, acquisitions, sales, and tax-free exchanges.

Steven Caine has more than 35 years of experience providing audit, accounting and tax services to clients in the small and middle market, both private and small publicly held companies, as well as, individuals. Prior to joining SD Associates, P.C., Steve was a Director at a National Public Accounting firm. His experience includes financial reporting and planning, budgeting, organizing, tax preparation, planning and compliance, administering and supervising all phases of financial and operational engagement.

Industries of experience include manufacturers, distributors, health care professionals, retailers, wholesalers, software, real estate, non-profit, financial institutions, employee benefit plans, labor unions, and other management advisory services.

Professional Affiliations:  He is a member of the American, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also licensed in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of Delaware.

Personal:  Steven resides with his wife in Rydal, PA. He is an active member in the community, sports organizations and charitable organizations.

Michael Brenner has been practicing in public accounting for over 35 years and received his Certified Public Accountant’s license in 1984. Prior to joining SD Associates, P.C., Michael was a partner at a regional public accounting firm. He specializes in manufacturing, automotive, wholesale, and high net worth clientele. He also provides tax and estate planning services.
